How to request account deletion

Use this subject: "Coffeenance Account Deletion Request"

Send from the SAME email address registered in the app.

Include in your message: full name, shop/business name (if applicable), and optional reason for deletion.
What we delete
- ✓Login account (email / password)
- ✓Profile info (name, email, profile photo)
- ✓Shop settings & location data
- ✓Transactions, petty cash, KPI targets
- ✓Notifications & team-related app data
What we may keep
- •Backup copies for up to 90 days, then permanently removed
- •Data we must keep by law (e.g. tax / financial records), if applicable
Timing
We process verified requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
